The Program

EVERY TRAINING SESSION INCLUDES A BLEND OF JOINT FRIENDLY, INVIGORATING, FULL-BODY MOVEMENTS DESIGNED TO BUILD STRENGTH, MOBILITY AND STABILITY.

01 / STRENGTH

Might for Right

Using an intelligent balance of kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and gymnastic rings, you will develop all-around strength that translates to real life and your athletic pursuits.  You’ll become more durable, more capable, and will notice improvements in your mood, health and body composition.

02 / MOBILITY

FREE & EASY MOVEMENT

We are only as young as our joints and connective tissue feel.  We integrate “pre-hab” or correctives, stretching and basic human movements into our curriculum so that you can move with confidence and grace.

03 / STABILITY

BALANCE & CONTROL

We believe that resistance training should be a facilitator of human movement.  Appropriate warm-ups, correct posture, proper technique, and muscular tension allow us to safely support our joints and move with power and grace.

Commitment

"Experience and science agree that kettlebell training develops a wide range of attributes: strength and power, various types of endurance, muscle hypertrophy, fat loss, health, and more. The kettlebell swing has been known to improve the deadlift of elite powerlifters—and the running times of high-level long distance runners. This is what gireviks call 'the What the Hell Effect.' The kettlebell defies the laws of specificity."

Questions

Memberships, scheduling and what to expect on day one.

Do I need kettlebell experience to start?

No. Every session is coached and scaled to your level, and our Saturday 9:00 AM Beginner Kettlebell class is built specifically for first-timers.

How do I try Liberty Bells before joining?

Book a free class online. You'll train with a coach in a regular group session so you can see exactly how we work before committing to a membership.

What's included in a membership?

Both memberships include unlimited coached group kettlebell sessions — 27 weekly time slots to choose from. Founding Member pricing is $150/mo and is limited in quantity; Unlimited Monthly is $190/mo.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

Memberships bill monthly. You can manage, pause or cancel your plan any time through your member portal.

How do I reserve a spot in class?

Classes are reserved through our booking system. Sign up ahead of time so we can keep coaching attention high and bells available for everyone.

What if I need to cancel a booked class?

Cancel in the app before your session starts so the spot opens up for another member. There's no penalty for planning ahead.

When are you open?

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We're closed Sundays.

What should I bring to my first session?

Comfortable training clothes, flat-soled shoes or bare feet, and water. We supply all the bells, rings and equipment.

Is kettlebell training effective?

Yes. One implement trains strength, power, endurance and mobility at once, so a single hour of coached kettlebell work covers ground that would otherwise take several separate workouts.

Are kettlebells enough for strength training on their own?

For most people, yes. We pair kettlebells with bodyweight work and gymnastic rings so every session includes a push, pull, squat, hinge and carry — the full range of human movement patterns.

Does kettlebell training build muscle?

It does. Progressive loading through presses, squats, rows and carries builds lean muscle, while the ballistic work keeps conditioning and body composition moving in the right direction.

How do I choose the right kettlebell size?

You don't have to guess. Your coach will start you on an appropriate bell during your first session and move you up as your technique and strength improve. We have the full range on the floor.

Can I train with kettlebells every day?

The short answer is yes, you can train everyday. Our programming is based on the idea of "Same but different," by rotating movements and using different variations of the same pattern, e.g., lunges one day, goblet squats the next.

How often should a beginner train?

Two to three sessions a week is a strong starting point. It's enough to build the skill and strength quickly while leaving room for your body to adapt.
